Man letting young son drive his car on road

A neighbour lets his son, of around 12 years of age, drive his powerful car up our road and into his drive. I have seen the boy get out of the car, that’s how I know.
He passes a park where there are lots of kids and dog walkers.
My DH says not to do anything.
What should I do ? Keep my mouth shut ?

Apparently the guy can be aggressive. The police were called to an altercation at school, this was seen by the parents.

Report it on your local Police website if you wish.

Absolutely you must report to the police.
