Hi

Im 4wks +4 and this is my second pregnancy. My first baby was IVF and this one has been conceived naturally which I'm so shocked but so happy about as I don't need to go through the whole process of IVF again. I'm just worried a lot more this time and feel like I'm going to loose the baby as when I got pregnant through IVF, I was given progesterone pessaries to do for the first 3 months as mine was low and it's needed to thicken the uterine lining and this time I'm worried that my uterine lining won't be thick enough to hold my baby as it's happened naturally. Can someone please shed some light on this, my head is all over the place. I'm going every 2 days for bloods to check my hcg levels and as soon as it gets to 1500, they will do a vaginal scan on me. Will that scan be able to measure how thick my uterine lining is? I'm just so worried I'm going to loose it because I want it so much 😩. xxx

I'm currently snuggling my 5 week old DS who was a surprise conception 18 months after his sister was born and she was an IVF pregnancy after 5 years TTC without the hint of a BFP.
Today you are pregnant worry about tomorrow tomorrow. Congratulations x

Why not call your GP and ask for advice. They may be prepared to prescribe it. Or the IVF place may do it as a private prescription.
