Brown, flaky patches on skin

Does anyone know what they are and if I can get rid of them? Google hasn't been much help
I've had the odd one for years but tge number is increasing, they are on my arms and legs. I can't use fake tan anymore because it sticks to them

There is a thing called pigmentation removal. A clinic near me does it. Maybe try googling to see what's local to you.

Thanks. There isn't much near me but there is within reasonableish travelling distance
A search also brought up creams, serums and apple cider vinegar
Has anyone found a successful home treatment?

Could be seborrheic keratosis. Are you over 40? They are more common as you age if you have a genetic predisposition

I had patches like that on my shoulders and I used nizoral shampoo on it every day for a week and it was gone, you can buy it in boots
