Travel Insurance - European FCO travel advice extension

Just trawling through websites for insurance as heading to visit in-laws in Europe soon.
Have heard about this clause (in title) but can't find anything online.
Has anyone managed to get good insurance. Not worried about cancellations just worried about health/medical cover.

We're trying to get insurance for an extension and get conflicting versions of which JCT contract we need from insurers, either JCT 5.4A, B, or C. Does anyone have any experience or pointers on this and or a good insurance company ?
