Covid pass, problem using married/maiden name

HI, does anyone know what happens if your Covid pass (vaccinations) are in your married name, but your passport is in your maiden name? Would I have to take my marriage certificate as well as passport for the airport (arrival at destination, Cyprus)?

We are having the same issue with my sister. Did you find your answer? She is contacting her GP today to see if they can change her vaccination status to her maiden name instead. or she is going to take her marriage certificate with her.

Just take your marriage certificate. I use both names in different circumstances so frequently have to send my marriage certificate places and I've never had a problem.

I've just twigged my NHS number is linked to my maiden name, so thanks for the heads up!
