Charging toothbrush for the first time?

I bought a sonic toothbrush online. Not a Philips brand. I needed a new toothbrush. It was delivered this morning and I have it charging now. I plugged it in early. The instructions said it takes a maximum of 10 hours. It said when the three lights light up simultaneously.

I saw 2 lights lit up and the third was flashing. I just couldn't resist at this point and I took the handle out of the charging Dock to check the sound of it.

Will cutting off the first charge fuck up the battery?

No, will be fine.

Thank you. I hope so.

It looks like the three lights have lit simultaneously now. Does that mean it's finished charging or will I give it the full 10 hours.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
