My DD was sent home Monday after one of her after school club colleagues tested positive. Message from school is that she is to self-isolate until Sunday night. We had plans for a family get together this weekend. Totally happy to accept the situation. Just checking I'm not missing a trick as am a bit out of touch with the rules. if we tested her every day and she was negative we still couldn't go right because of incubation period? Is that the issue? I suppose it feels a bit silly as bubbles are ending on Monday, but I want to stick to the rules, but also just wanted to check I haven't misunderstood anything about testing as the school said nothing to us about that. Sorry for ignorance.
