Is to find me a holiday for this summer meeting our very specific criteria!
- Budget: £1,000
- Dates: 14-21 August (could go a day either side)
- Two bedrooms (two adults, two teen DDs)
- Garden where they can kick a ball around (DH and I aren’t especially mobile at the minute so thinking we could have a couple of relaxing days not doing much)
- Within about 40 mins drive of a couple of nice beaches.
- North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Suffolk (or anywhere nearish to the coast on the west but I don’t know anywhere that side and presuming anywhere south will be packed and £££)
I know we’ve left it far too late, but me and DH have both been ill and we weren’t sure whether we’d get a holiday at all, but we now have a week when we could possibly both get time off work. But I’ve sent my eyes funny trawling through holiday cottage websites and I don’t seem to be able to find anything. But maybe I’m just not looking in the right place.
If anyone can save me another few hours of swearing at the laptop, I’ll be so grateful I’ll probably let you come along with us in the suitcase.
