How much do you spend on average each day during school hols?

We are on a tighter budget than usual due to DH being furloughed for a few months which has made things tight for us as a family. I know it varies day by day, but how much do you on average spend per day during school holidays when kids are not at kids club. 3 aged 13, 9 & 6, so it seems to mean we end up paying for quite a few days out that work for 13 year old as well as 6 year old.

Trying to budget for it so as to not let spending get out of control during summer & make a plan for meals etc.

Most days nothing/not much. Odd ice creammwhen out or car park for a country park. We try to be out more days than not. Friends over to play etc.

A few "bigger" days out (used to be cinema etc but not sure about going back to the cinema!)

I try and do one activity a week that costs money and try and make the rest of the week free things to do, I always take picnics too to save money

We're hoping to bake a bit to take on picnices to make them a bit different from school picnics!

Nothing much really

We’ll go for picnics but that will be taking food they’d otherwise have had for their lunch at home

We go to museums but they are free

Might take a day trip to the beach if we can face the crowds but once again we would take a picnic and might buy an ice cream there

We tend to do less going out in the summer holidays as places have become so busy

We will visit friends and have friends over

I tend to plan one paid thing per week, but I do end up spending more in between. I don't know a figure though.
