…would you say you need for a toddler or preschooler?

She goes to nursery 3 days a week and is with me the rest of the time. I have lots of lovely outfits and dresses for her - most of which were given as presents by her grandparents or occasionally I pick up a few bits in the sales - but she gets very little wear out of them and seems to live in leggings, T-shirt’s and jumpers really and as a result I think I’ve got a bit carried away and she now has far too many.

How many of each category of clothes (tops/leggings/dresses etc) does your 2-3 year old have?

My 3 year old has around 10 pairs of leggings, 10 tops and a few dresses and cardigans.
She's my youngest so the majority of her clothes are hand me downs.
Although she's toilet trained I always think it's good to have plenty of reserves especially if they are doing a messy activity at nursery.
For context DD2 goes to nursery 4 days a week.
I think you can never have enough leggings and tops at that age so think you're perfectly normal OP and save the nicer clothes for occasions.
