Like the rest of the world (well, like everyone on TikTok at least), I bought a hula hoop.
And, despite being the least co-ordinated person you could ever wish to encounter, I can do it (took me a while though)! BUT I can only do it one direction.
Does this mean that, having finally found something that legitimately counts as exercise, it’s going to make me look as if I have a waist on one side but not the other?!
