We are in sw London! It's calming down a bit now but it's really bad in places.

I hope no ones home gets damaged.
A friend of mine got flooded a few years ago and although it was only about 6 /8 inches deep it did a lot of damage and took a long time and s lot of money to sort out.

I work on Oxford St and had to close early as our basement flooded!

Tropical sheets of rain here earlier - outer SW London. We’re on a hill though so no problem, but I would bet some poor people in the flat areas are having trouble.

This is because London is too built up for the water to escape fast enough?
