I cleared out the kitchen junk drawer, if the photo attaches you can see that I have 2 matching white plastic circles.
What are they? I have no idea but the junk drawer is home to
' I might need that later' things.

Are they spare parts for a roller blind?

BruceAndNosh · 12/07/2021 16:49

Do the little knobby things on the outside turn? Is there anything on the inside of the knobby thing?

5zeds · 12/07/2021 16:49

Vertical blind fittings???

thistimelastweek · 12/07/2021 16:50

My house is full of shit like that. I never find out what they are until after I've chucked them and need one.

GlitterBiscuits · 12/07/2021 16:51

The little knobbly bits don't move, the inside is smooth and although it looks as if there are 2 sections on each ring it appears to be one moulded piece of plastic

Nohomemadecandles · 12/07/2021 16:57

Those knobby things look like hooks for a cage. Water bottle holder??

whensmynexthol1day · 12/07/2021 18:33

Am very tired.

OoglyMoogly · 12/07/2021 18:48

It's a whatchermacallit. You should keep them for when you use your thingummybobs.

You’re completely wrong. It’s a doodah for the whatsit.
ZingDramaQueenOfSheeba · 12/07/2021 18:50

ankle monitors

you kept them as a reminder to never ever steal carrots again!

Tommika · 12/07/2021 18:52

The guaranteed way to find out what they are is to bin them.
The morning after the bins are collected something will break and you’ll realise how they will be the only way to fix it

Glovesandscarf · 12/07/2021 18:53

Oh I have some of these too! I think they might be something to do with the washing machine. Maybe?

Ghosttile · 12/07/2021 19:37

You have to keep them when you move house in case they’re for something you’re taking with you. Eventually you have a drawer full of doodads.

Akire · 12/07/2021 19:40

I had something similar you use them to stack two Tins of food on top of each other. 2.5inchs is worth of time right?
