Judging by the sirens going past, there won’t be anyone left awake by kick off!

I’ve just been for a walk near our high street (‘naice’ area, fairly civilised pubs) and the absolute carnage outside and near all the pubs

None of the places we’re allowing reservations so people were queuing up from before opening time in the hope of getting a table to keep all day but the downsides of getting people to drink all day are already showing.

I counted 6 ambulances and 2 police cars in about 40 Mins and god knows how many drinking casualties sitting on the pavement

Is this the same everywhere?
There is going to be no one left awake or conscious in the pubs by 8pm at this rate!

I've just come back from town. Everywhere is Sunday busy, including the "no football" pubs. I was doing some shopping, it just seemed normal. I'd imagine it will be heaving in 2 hours!

Driving around our area, everywhere is strangely quiet and plenty of space outsides bars and pubs! Wasn't expecting it to be so civilised!

Sure it'll change in the coming hours!

It’s busy but friendly here.
My friend is in the police and really likes the pre match shift- people are much more willing to calm down /slow down if they think there’s a risk they’ll miss the game.

Just looking at the pics at Leicester Square Shock

How gutted will they all be when they realise they don’t remember any of the match?!

I hate the yobbish drinking culture in this country. I feel sorry for the emergency services and hospital staff having to deal with them.

I’m thankful it’s raining here, so hopefully no garden parties until late at night!
