Missed Tesco delivery

My fault. Does any one know if I have to pay for the whole lot? I can't get through to customer services and the website tells me to rearrange and I can't do that.

I missed a clock and collect last week. Money was back in my account with in a day or two so I’m guessing same rules apply for delivery

They will refund automatically. I have a plan so I don't know if you still have to pay the delivery charge though.

I did that a few years ago. They redelivered the next day and I had to pay an extra delivery charge understandably.
