Please can anyone help me read this optical prescription?

Hiya, I'd like to buy some reading glasses online. I had my eyes tested and have the following prescription, but I don't know how to read it to buy the correct lenses.

Right eye -
SPH -1.50
Near +2.00

Left eye -
SPH -0.75
CYL -0.25
AXIS 75.0
Near +2.00

Could anyone tell me please?

If you are ordering glasses online they will use your whole prescription so will be able to make your lenses for your prescription, or are you after ready readers? Can you just take your distance glasses off to read?

Your R eye you need -1.50 for distance so the +2.00 for near makes it just + 0.50 for reading.
You have an astigmatism in your left eye (very common) so it’s rugby ball shape rather than just round. So a bit more complicated so + 1.25 - 0.25 x 75.
