Foam mattress-yes or no?

Looks like my mattress is nearing the end of its life so I’m on the look out for another one.

Anybody owns the foam one and could tell me how do they find it?
Open for any recommendation.

I’m after medium firm mattress and the current one is open spring one.

Not sure which one to go for,will probably gave to buy online.

Budget is up to £300 for a standard single one.

Thank you 🙂

I bought a simba hybrid one recently - it was awful, you just sink into it.

I have an Emma Original mattress (bought it last year) and I love it. If you don't get on with it then you can get a full refund and they will come and collect it from you.

When I bought mine, there was a 200 trial period offered. I think it's usually 100 nights, but that should be plenty long enough for making the decision as to whether to keep it or not.

Here's a link to the Emma Original Mattress

If you decide to get one, don't forget to enter the discount code FLASH40 that's shown at the top of the page!

I see that the 200 trial period is still offered.

@longwayoff

I've got an Emma mattress, dont like it at all. Too soft.
That's really interesting! I too have an Emma and initially found it too hard! Emma sent me a new, soft top layer to add to the mattress and that sorted it. But I still wouldn't describe it as soft. For me, it's more of a medium.

I found mattresses seriously overengineered. I tried latex 7 zones and had to return it as gave me a backache. I also find the idea of 30cm mattress very over the top. So I got a thin reflex foam (no zones) and I am going to add a topper.
