Hi all,
Sorry if this is not the right place to post, I'm a veggie but the last few months everytime I eat pasta, bread, pizza my stomach bloats to me looking like I'm about 8 months pregnant and it hurts Confused I just want to experiment and see if cutting out gluten will help for a few weeks then I'll contact the Drs.
So..... With that in mind, does anyone have any easy recipes for lunch and dinner (no eggs).

Thank you Smile

Get some decent GF pasta and you can have it with pesto or any of the usual sauces

You should go to the doctor's first or order yourself a private coeliac's test (easy to do online and you can do it at home). If you cut out gluten now, it will take weeks and weeks to feel better anyway, but then you need to be eating gluten at every meal for 6 weeks before the test for it to be valid.

You need to go to the doctor's prior to cutting out the gluten - otherwise the tests aren't reliable.

Sainsbury's do vegetarian mince which is gluten free (and tasty).
Crustless Quiche
Risotto

Thank you all! I've just ordered an online test as my doctors take so long to get a non life threatening appointment! It's given me so many ideas for different meals!

Online tests don't work. They are notoriously shite.

You need to see a doctor, and probably have a referral.

Risotto - add any veg you fancy
Gluten free pasta bake
Veggie curry
