Hi all,
Sorry if this is not the right place to post, I'm a veggie but the last few months everytime I eat pasta, bread, pizza my stomach bloats to me looking like I'm about 8 months pregnant and it hurts
I just want to experiment and see if cutting out gluten will help for a few weeks then I'll contact the Drs.
So..... With that in mind, does anyone have any easy recipes for lunch and dinner (no eggs).
