Every few months I get about a week where I'm peeing past myself, having my bowels open 6 to 7 times a day and have awful trapped wind. Anyone else have this?

The poops issue sounds like IBS.

Have you consulted a GP? How old are you?

Keep a food diary and mark in it hormone related stuff too if relevant. Keep track of the tummy probs on it as well and over time you may see that issues happen at the same time each month or whatever and you can draw conclusions from that.

I use the clue app to track my period and it logs symptoms such as bowel habits. Through doing this I realised that at ovulation I get dizzy, nauseous and an upset stomach for 2 days, every month without fail.

It means I'm passing wee lots like none stop big wees. I'm 35. This is 1 week post period so maybe hormones?
