Up until a few weeks ago my 13 year old dd had perfectly clear skin.
However, she started her periods a month or two back and this month she has broken out in lots of little spots, especially on her forehead.
She is really upset and self conscious about them.
Can anyone recommend some good skin care products which will help her through these teen years?
