Tartan carpet anyone?

In the kitchen!

At first I thought oh I think it's quite nice BUT every room. It would have to go. The bathroom 😵 the kitchen even the stairs 🙈 That's def going to put ppl off. I would likely replace most carpets in a house anyway when decorating but I wouldn't be able to take my time so quite expensive at once.

The worst is the dining room photo where they haven’t even bothered to pattern match the hall to it (or vice versa).

And in the bathroom and kitchen 🤮

Can you imagine being in there with a hangover 😵

Almost 2million quid and you have a carpeted kitchen, a small, carpeted kitchen, and some of it doesn't even match up properly. Between one room and the hall. They wuz robbed.

Nothing wrong with tartan carpet, but the same tartan carpet that doesn't match the decor AND it's in every room? No.

I was thinking it might not be so bad if it's nice greens or blues but that actually hurts my eyes.
I think I'd probably feel sick walking around that house.
Lovely house though apart from that.

Grim! It can look lovely if a little hotel-like but that’s a nasty pattern to start with and doesn’t make sense with the house.

I can't believe they didn't follow through to the court yard ... disappointed!😉

I saw the first picture and thought, ah how clever to do the stairs like that. Sure you could change that quite easily.

And then I went to the next picture....and the next....and the next!

I know you would maybe put a neutral carpet throughout, but that's hardly neutral. What an odd choice!

Such a lovely garden though!
