Since having DC we have done alot more UK breaks/road trips and have really enjoyed finding fun places to take the DC around the UK. Sometimes not even in touristy areas as we just stopped off somewhere to break up the journey.
I would really appreciate any places you would recommend in your area. Not necessary obvious places like the big theme parks or play centres that are everywhere. But fun places possibly that offer something a bit different.
For example some places we have had a really nice day include Willows Farm in St Albans really good for Peter Rabbit fans, Farmer Teds Chester (Shaun the sheep themed) and Imagine that in Liverpool (has different themed areas such as role play, craft areas, science area).
I just want to keep adding to my list. Not bothered where it is as the hope to start doing more road trips around different parts of the UK.
