Proud mum post - my daughter graduates today

My daughter is graduating today 😁. She’s had significant health issues and missed almost 2 years of school in her GCSE and L6 year and had to take the long route to get to university, but today she’s graduating with a 2:1 and heading in September to do a PGCE.

No point to this, just I’m very proud 😁.

Any tips on how to handle my charming ex welcome 😂

Re ex - just practice “That’s nice”, “Okey-Dokey”, “Alright then”, and “Mmm-hmmm” on repeat and sprinkle them in any pause in conversation. Do not engage. It will keep your daughter’s day special for her and get right up his nose
