It’s gone wild in my flower bed and also taken root in a section of my lawn.

Looks like chickweed

Annual spurge (Euphorbia peplus or peplum or something like that). Wear gloves to pull it out, the milky sap can irritate the skin.

My plant app is identifying it as Milkweed/ Petty Spurge.
