Shopping for independent 92 year old

I normally get a weekly shop for my "Aunt". She is fiercely independent and lives alone in an upstairs maisonette (no lift or stairlift). Although she is totally "with it", since the first lockdown she has hardly gone beyond her front gate and has become quite unsteady on her feet. I am normally very happy to get her shopping and visit her for a chat on Saturday afternoon, however, I am planning to be away for a week later in the summer and I need to get her groceries delivered. Is it possible to get deliveries to someone else's address and will the delivery people take her shopping upstairs for her? Any other comments and suggestions welcomed TIA

Yeh you can add an address to your own account.
Depending on the supermarket, most deliver and will help being it in too.

You can order to pretty much anywhere and there is space on the order for ‘delivery instructions’ so you could add a note saying she will need help.
