We need to choose a worktop for our new kitchen in the next couple of days.
Had more or less decided to splash out on quartz, but am worried about washing pans in an under mounted sink and whether the quartz might chip round the edges of it.
I also have a DH and two teen DS's who will regularly be washing golf balls, football boots and God knows what else in the sink as we don't have a utility room.
How have you found quartz in terms of regular family life - I want a nice new kitchen but without the stress of shrieking "watch the worktop!" every time one of them dares to go in there....!
