Do we freeze this uncooked or cooked?

DH has made dinner for tonight and made extra. It’s Pyrex dishes with Leek, potato, garlic, cheese, cream, milk and stock liquid. We’re having a discussion as to whether to freeze the spare one uncooked or cooked.

Any one know what is the best way of doing things?

Cooked

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 08/07/2021 14:10

I'd cook it then freeze.

Sunnysal · 08/07/2021 14:10

I'd cook it first or the potatoes may go black.

Cooked. Raw potatoes don't freeze well and the cream might split.

Cook

Mumdiva99 · 08/07/2021 15:05

Cook - but it sounds so delicious I doubt there would be much left to freeze....

CherieBabySpliffUp · 08/07/2021 15:08

I'd have said raw as cooked potatoes don't reheat well and turn to mush.

ElGuardiandenoche · 08/07/2021 16:28

Ok so we are 6-1 for freezing 👍

Thanks for the input everyone.
