In general do landlords provide blinds / curtains?

You can’t generalise. They’re all different. If you’re the LL provide what your want to provide. If you’re the tenant- ask potential LLs what is included.

Depends on the property I think. But in i've never had blinds or curtains provided. All flooring and a cooker seems to be standard around here. Unless part furished/furnished.

For example in the house I rent there were no blinds before the previous tenant moved in. She had vertical blinds fitted throughout. When she left the LL paid her for them so they would be left in the house. So a LL that previously didn’t provide blinds, now does. I provided my own curtains.

We provide blinds but not curtains. All properties are different though,

My house had some curtains that were wrong sizes. We brought new but stored theirs. But tbh our landlord is fab and has done so much for us If we ever Left I'd probably leave them.
(he wasn't aware of the state of the place as the agent lied. But that's another thread)
Carpets and laminate throughout.

It depends. If it's advertised as fully furnished then I would expect it to have blinds or curtains. If it's unfurnished then maybe not but it might have. Some fully furnished flats have furniture but not equipment but some have a fully kitted out kitchen too.
