Regret starting a job search

I'm currently in a job with a contract until February next year. I started searching for a new job a few weeks ago but I'm regretting it as I don't have the time or motivation to prepare for interviews. Work right now is really stressful and tiring with long 12 hour days where I barely get a second to even sit down. I feel resentful using all of my free time to prepare for interviews.

I currently have three interviews lined up. I have just cancelled one already as I know in my heart it wasn't the right role for me.

I'm not sure what to do. It's a small world in the career area I want to go into so I don't want to come across as unreliable or flakey by cancelling interviews and pausing the job search. On the other hand, I do need to find another job before next February.

What would you do in my situation?

A lot of the work you put in now can be rehashed. Standard questions get asked so often: (How did you handle a bad situation at work? What are your strengths/weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in five years time? etc) that the prep you do is valuable. Focus on the company you are applying to and how you can help them improve. Then wing everything else.
