I know that to lose weight it is a very simple calories in vs Calories out.
I know enough about food, calorie and nutrient content, that protein is more filling, carbs help muscles repair, what I should be eating and why.
I exercise and drink lots of water.
So why can I still not seem to control what I am putting into my mouth. I know that eating 3 biscuits after work is going to make me miserable when it wipes out my calorie deficit but I do it anyway. It doesn't make any sense.
It's not hunger either cos I will just eat stuff for the sake of it.
I have 5 weeks to lose approx 10lbs and I still can't seem to motivate myself!
