Random rash

I have woken up this morning with this rash, all over my body! It’s soooo itchy!!! Anyone know that it is? Do I need to do anything? Any tips to stop the itching!?!?!?

Nothing at all yesterday. Just appeared this morning. Yes can get to a pharmacy, will go as soon as they open!
