Senior career women - is 3 kids a no?

I’m a senior associate in a city law firm, currently coming to the end of my second maternity leave in 3 years (I was back full time for 18 months between pregnancies). I really need to push for partnership on my return, but also want to have a third child, ideally in a couple of years (so a similar age gap of 2.5 years again). If anyone has been in a similar position and can advise on whether it’s basically unrealistic to go for a third, or if it’s not, then whether I should do it before or after being made up (obviously appreciate it’s not a certainty I will be etc etc) then that would be great.

We have no family help but DH has a less demanding career than I do and can be around 1-2 days per week, plus we have a great nanny.
