British carrots from Chernobyl

Has anyone else seen this on twitter ?
It's a photo of a bag of carrots from a UK supermarket with a Union Jack emblazoned on the packaging, stating they are British carrots but it then states the carrots were grown in Chernobyl.

Is it a doctored photo ?
Someone's idea of a joke ?
I am unable to do links. Apologies.

I know in Ireland producers put an Irish flag on sliced cooked chicken or ham.
It means foreign reared chicken or pig was processed in Ireland.
Unless it has the Bord Bia ( Irish Food Board ) approved logo on it, it is not Irish reared.

I think the law should be tighter.
Putting a flag on packaging is visually misleading to the consumer.

The British carrots grown in Spain last year was a genuine printing mistake

The current British carrots grown in Chernobyl has a fairly good mock up of the label with the lighting effect, but fails on the perfectly straight l at the end of Chernobyl as the packet bends around the large carrots
