Utrogestan take for 25 days

I have posted in menopause but there's no one there

Probably a dumb question but I am taking Utrogestan, one for 25 days. So I take it for 25 days and then what? How many days do I wait until I start taking it again?

You take it 25 days a month. So eg from 1st to 25th then stop and restart on the 1st of the next month.

You need it to drop to get a bleed, so I think there is a five day gap, but different doctors may suggest a different timescale. Can you call your doctor and ask ?
(I take it the other way round, eg two each day for twelve days, which is why I can’t be more specific) .

Honestly trying to get in touch with my doctor is so stress inducing, I'd rather ask here. So I am thinking I just take a 5 day break and start again?

Yes. A five or six day break then start again.
