Good or bad sign? (Interview)

Internal role - had the interview on Friday. Already had a chat with the manager before and he said there hadn’t been much interest in the role. But I do know there was another interview after me.

I got told we would be told that day or Monday.

I’ve heard nothing.

Means nothing either way. Good luck!

If you should have been told today then I would assume you aren't first choice for the role... unless there is another more obvious explanation like the person who interviewed you being off sick or stuck in back to back meetings all day today

There is still hope though as first choice candidate may turn the offer down

Could be anything tbh!
Not made a decision, other person off, too busy to tell you etc.
