Wimbledon -restricted arrival times ?

Anyone been this tournament ? How strictly are they sticking to the arrival times emailed out to each ticket holder ? TIA

I'm not there but I know someone who got there 90 minutes before their arrival time last week and had to wait around outside until the time, which they were really put out about according to their Facebook posts!

I went twice last week. 90 minutes "early" each time, & absolutely no issue at all. I recommend getting there for gates opening at 10am.

Thanks for replying - won't be able to get there for 20as long journey but will be hopefully getting there a little earlier than my email suggested - I have been before but my friend hasn't and was hoping to show her around before we're on Centre
