Recommendations for a special vegetarian friendly restaurant in Cornwall?

It's my husband's birthday in a couple of month's time and we will be down in Cornwall on holiday. I'd love to take him out for a really special lunch or dinner, but (unsurprisingly!) a lot of the high end restaurants seem to be seafood orientated and the vegetarian options are a bit lacking. Does anyone have any recommendations for a really lovely restaurant ideally within about 30 minutes of Porthtowan? Could be in Truro or Falmouth or beyond!

It’s just over 30 minutes, but the Budock Vean is brill.
Within 30 minutes, The Bean Inn in St Ives presents their food amazingly and is definitely gourmet, even though the restaurant itself doesn’t look very special.
