What is your pre-pick situation?
We have someone gather all the pre pick into one section and that’s where we collect it.
What time do you start?
Our usual hours are 4am but some people start at 2
What time do you finish?
We aim to be done by 9am at the latest but sometimes it can go longer.
Do you get any customer messages on the handset?
We don’t
How long do you short life?
We do today and tomorrow’s date
How do you do frozen?
We have what are known as AX labels, and they are attached to a bag. Items are then assigned to the bag rather than a tote. It’s the same process for bakery and some prepick
