Anyone familiar with the Freedom Programme?

A friend of mine has separated from her long term partner a few years ago. He’s being an absolute bastard to her, but controlling and difficult rather than abusive. To the best of my knowledge he’s been a crap dad and partner, and emotionally unavailable but never physically or financially abusive.

Would the freedom programme be appropriate for her? Or any other resources anyone can suggest?

actually I think all women and girls would benefit from the freedom programme
controlling = abusive
if he is being controlling now I think it's possible that when she reflects on his other behaviour she might recognise it as abusive
you can do the freedom programme online (google it) but much better in person if she can find it locally

What @StillWeRise said.

Freedom Programme is excellent.

Abuse includes emotional abuse.
