Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can help me find the Italian name for some recipes. I stayed with a Sicilian family as an au pair a few years back. They made some really wonderful food: stuffed peppers, real bolognese, and other delights.
One recipe, from Rome traditionally, was a sort of chickpea soup with olive oil- any clue what this is called?
Also a really yummy shrimp and rice dish with green bits in it- may have been spring onion but I think it was something else??
Lovely omelettes too.
Any pointers appreciated
