Hi lovelies, I may be getting wayyyyy ahead of myself with wishful thinking but I have really tingly nipples- not due my period for 8 more days, has anyone else experienced this so early and found out they were expecting or had this a week before their period? Thankyou xx

Yes, I did have this, but my main 'symptom' around this time was sore gums, every time!

I had this when I was pregnant.

Bananarama1990 · 02/07/2021 11:02

Oooooh 🤞🤞🤞, Thankyou all for replying, I’m finding that it’s just my nipples that are tingly- no sore boobs, think I may be getting my hopes up a bit too much though xxx

A very early sign of both my pregnancies was a tingly boob - just the right one. I’d never known anything like it before so I knew. First time was in the shower - 2nd was while polishing a piece of furniture!

FindingMeno · 02/07/2021 11:44

One of my earliest signs wasn't tingling but ridiculously over- sensitive and painful reaction to the slightest chilliness.

Bananarama1990 · 02/07/2021 13:50

@FindingMeno @GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER Thankyou both! Have either of you experienced anything similar before your period was due? Xx

No, I’d never had it before. Tender boobs before a period, but def.no tingling.

It was frustrating with my first pregnancy because it was well before you could buy tests, so you had to wait at least 2 months and see the GP. So although I was certain, and very excited, dh wouldn’t accept it until I had official proof. The annoying bugger kept saying, ‘Wait and see!’

He’s always been a fantastic dad though, so I suppose I ought to forgive him.

Youdiditanyway · 02/07/2021 14:06

Yep, mine were tingly and also a bit itchy when I was pregnant and it did start before my missed period.

FindingMeno · 02/07/2021 23:12

@Bananarama1990 no I hadn't.

Bananarama1990 · 03/07/2021 12:24

Thankyou for replying ladies 💖, I guess I’m just going to have to wait the next six days out, it’s probably just wishful thinking but we’ll see, was your tingling constant? Mine comes and goes throughout the day xx

Topjoe19 · 03/07/2021 15:09

This was also my first symptom when I was pregnant with DD1! Not constant no, noticed it more later in the day/evening I think.

starshideyourfires · 03/07/2021 15:14

Yes I has this just after conception (only realised that with hindsight) - it was definitely a pregnancy symptom with me. However, I’ve also had it at other times when not pregnant!

Bananarama1990 · 05/07/2021 21:32

I thought I’d update you all- I COULDNT WAIT ANY LONGER AND TESTED EARLY, ITS POSITIVE 🥰🥰 xx

Hey I've took a few tests and had really faint faint lines, my period is due tomorrow and today and yesterday my nipples have been going mad feeling fuzzy and tingling it hasn't really stopped. I believe if I am pregnant I'm around 3 weeks is this a normal sign? And still to early to be testing for a darker line?
GreenTeaPingPong · 05/08/2021 23:25

Lauren Yes it's a normal sign, but doesn't mean you're definitely pregnant. You can test if you want. Good luck!
