Does anyone here have much experience with FedEx. I don't have much experience with them.
I made an online order last week. It's an international order. I was excited for the delivery. I was happy to read the tracking today to say it was delivered and it was a day early than the expected delivery. I was so happy. I was at work though. I usually have family at home.
I went home after work to find that there was no delivery and no package.
The tracking says it was delivered but I didn't get a delivery. I checked outside in the yard and there I couldn't see a package.
What now. Its night time and offices are closed so I can't chase this up right now. Should I check with neighbours too see if it was left with a neighbour? If it was left with a neighbour surely they would come to me.
I don't know what to do. I'm absolutely distraught that I ran into this problem because I was looking forward to this order so much. I don't want to say what it is.
