I am in the process of buying a house. Everything is in place we are just waiting for probate. The man died in February the certificate was issued at the beginning of June.
Three days after issue it was discovered to be incorrect. I don't know how as that's all the estate agent has told me. Apparently the sons of the mans solicitors have admitted fault and it was to be corrected.
How long should this take any solicitors out there? I don't want to miss the next stamp duty deadline. It has been a month already.
