Vibrating sensation in abdomen

Sorry I have posted this in health but had no replies.

For the last week I've been having what feels like vibrating inside the left side of my abdomen, it's really weird, no pain at all just on and off shaking/vibrating inside my body. Has anyone experienced this? If it was a one off I'd ignore it but it seems to be getting more frequent and it's just really weirding me out now

No not ovulation, actually just ended my period so also pregnancy is out of the question

Please phone your GP, chances are its benign but can be a symptom that needs checking.

This is very much like what early movement in pregnancy felt like, so it used to freak me out when I got it. But I've had it for years (and while I've been pregnant in that time - certainly no surprise pregnancies!). I think it's just a bowel spasm.

Could maybe be a bowel spasm I did think this but would it continue for a week ? No change to bm no gas pain etc, basically nothing out of the ordinary which is why it's concerning me abit
