Vulva dryness...

The last few weeks I’ve been aware my vulval area is really dry and very uncomfortable.

Is this menopause?? Or something like vulvodynia?

My periods have stopped 2.5 months ago after I had the Covid vaccine. I’ve assumed they would just come back. I’m 44.

It's probably the menopause. Used to be called vaginal atrophy. They've renamed it something more user friendly sounding now.
People swear by Vagifem. There's lots of info on the Menopause board.

If it is menopause then it is early - I would speak to your doctor.

Get your thyroid checked. The same happened to me. I am 31. It turned out to be that.

Could be early menopause. Speak to the Gp about Ovestin internal cream. Fabulous stuff. Google vaginal atrophy.

Have you had your bloods done recently? You may need a higher dosage?

Definitely go to the doctor though.

I would 2nd asking for Ovestin cream.
