Any tips appreciated... the application form wants me to write a summary of my skills and experience (which is fine, I've read all the competency stuff and the skills framework), but also asks me to write a personal statement. What are they looking for from the personal statement that's different from skills/experience section? It's all a bit vague. It's for a Grade 7 role.
