Would a council van checking for speed have to have some kind of signs on it? I went past what looked like a normal council van but it could have have been checking for speed as it was parked at a place where it goes from 40- 30mph. Speer vans normally park there. The van didn't have the blue and yellow bits on it. I happened to be doing 34 apparsntly as I went past the speed sign thing and was in a tizz (baby screaming in the car). Bit pissed off as I normally always go under 30 there and exchanging my car tomorrow, I passed my driving test oct 18. I'm hoping if i do end up with a speeding fine I get the option to do a speed awareness course. Now I know my anxiety and panic attacks will be playing up for weeks x
