I'm already an apple, and have always had major issues with bloating. I can get into a pair of size 12 jeans in the morning but after dinner in the evening I can't zip up a 14.
I've had investigations for IBS and intolerances and nothing comes up.
I'm taking activated charcoal tablets, but I wondered if anyone knows of any other good supplements? There are dozens of ads all over for miracle anti bloat products but I never know what is a waste of money.
