Do you keep old relationship moments?

Just had to clear out an old cupboards at parents house and found a shoe box of pics and letters from ex boyfriends, happily married for 10+ years and dh doesn't care if I keep or chuck them, what do you do with this type of thing? Obviously I haven't felt the need to look at them for over a decade but feel slightly reluctant to throw away. Shame my dm wanted her cupboard space back!!!

I kept photos as part of my history but chucked anything like notes

I threw away notes, cards etc as well as physical photos. Not all straight away though, I recently found a few in a box in storage and threw them (relationship ended 2-3 years ago).

I deleted most photos from my phone but kept a small few - just the nicest ones and one per event say a holiday (we only went on one). The way I see it, it was a big part of my life so I'm not going to destroy all evidence of the relationship, but at the same time I don't need or want it all.

Binned everything - 10 year relationship

Really? , that seems quite ruthless, does it make a difference if the relationship ended amicably? Would you be inclined to keep pics etc if there were no hard feelings?
