Been sneezing for about an hour, need to get something to help it’s driving my mad.
Is it me or is particularly bad this year? I feel that wiped out.
Anyhoo, according to NHS website I need to seek advice of GP before taking anything? What have others done/taken? TIA X

Loratadine or certirizine. Eg normal hayfever tablets that can be purchased in supermarkets etc. Never spoken to a doctor or pharmacist about it as both are safe in pregnancy. Realistically though you need two weeks constant use to build up the response to allergens, and ideally it should be before symptoms start, so you might find it doesn’t work for a few days to a couple of weeks! Enjoy the non sneezing soon though
